GRENADA FLYCATCHER, GRAND ETANG NATIONAL PARK & FOREST RESERVE, CONSTANTINE, GRENADA, 3/16/2024 - NEW SPECIES TO LIFE LIST
We can ID this tyrant flycatcher as a Grenada Flycatcher as follows:
- Brown head upper parts
- You can just make out two whitish wingbars
- Gray throat and breast
- Yellow belly
- Long tail
The Grenada Flycatcher is a near-endemic found on Grenada and St. Vincent.
The Grenada Flycatcher is a new species to our ebird Photographic Life List. Our
eBird Life List now stands at 1,128.

The Mona Monkey is native to western Africa between Ghana and Cameroon. The Mona Monkey can also be bound on the Caribbean island of Grenada, where it was transported aboard slave ships in the 18th century.
