LIGHT MORPH BROAD-WINGED HAWK PERCHED ON BRANCH, NAPLES BOTANICAL GARDEN, NAPLES,, 2/22/2022
We can ID this hawk as a light morph Broad-winged Hawk by the two following field marks:
- Banded white and black tail with three white bands (includes white tip). See 4th and 5th photos.
- Black facial band from in front of eye down to neck. See 3rd photo.
