EASTERN WHIPBIRD, O'REILLY'S RAINFOREST RETREAT, LAMINGTON NATIONAL PARK, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA
We can ID this bird as an Eastern Whipbird by its prominent black crest, black head, prominent white throat patch, black bill and prominent long tail.
The Eastern Whipbird is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 709.
RUFOUS FANTAIL, O'REILLY'S RAINFOREST RETREAT, LAMINGTON NATIONAL PARK, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA
We can ID this bird as a Rufous Fantail by its rufous back, base of tail and forehead; black and white chest; white chin and throat; white arc just below the eye and olive crown and rear of neck..
The Rufous Fantail is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 708.
