RUDDY DUCK & DUCKLINGS, NONQUON SEWAGE LAGOONS, PORT PERRY, ON
We can ID this duck as a Ruddy Duck as follows:
- Dark cap.
- White cheek.
- Short thick neck.
- Scoop-shaped bill.
This adult Ruddy Duck hasse several ducklings followin it.
The Ruddy Duck is a new species to our Life List, which now stands at 310.

FLOCK OF WILD TURKEYS, LYNDE SHORES CONSERVATION AREA, WHITBY, ON
This flock of Wild Turkeys consisted of thirteen turkeys, four adults and nine juveniles. They are not all shown in the photos.

We can ID this Belted Kingfisher as a female by the the rufous color across the breast and on the flanks.
