FEMALE BOAT-TAILED GRACKLE, EAGLE LAKES COMMUNITY PARK, NAPLES, FL
We can ID this bird as a female Boat-tailed Grackle from its long tail and the rufous color underneath and of is head. The female Common Grackle does not have this rufous color. Also the grackle was hanging around with a male Boat-tailed Grackle.

PIED-BILL GREBE, EAGLE LAKES COMMUNITY PARK, NAPLES, FL
This is the time of year when Pied-billed Grebes molt from nonbreeding plumage to breeding plumage. This grebe has the whitish bill with black ring and more prominent white eyering of the breeding grebe, but not yet the black neck of the breeding grebe.
