Yesterday at Bluffer's Park in Scarborough, Toronto, ON we sighted this pair of banded Canada Geese. They were together, along with other geese. We will report them to the USGS Bird Banding Laboratory.

PAIR OF BANDED TRUMPETER SWANS, BLUFFERS PARK, SCARBOROUGH, ON
Yesterday we sighted this pair of banded Trumpeter Swans in one of the stormwater retention ponds at Bluffer's Park in Scarborough, Toronto, ON. We will report them to the USGS Bird Banding Laboratory.

RED-TAILED HAWK, ROSETTA MaCLEAN GARDENS, SCARBOROUGH, ON
We learned from talking to other birders that several Red-tailed Hawks have taken up residence in Rosetta MaClean Gardens. We actually found it because we heard a an angry Blue Jay angrily sqawking at the hawk. The red tail of the hawk is obvious in the third photo, taken from the back of the hawk.
