OSPREY AT CLAM PASS PARK/BEACH IN NAPLES, FLORIDA
Yesterday Sharon and I went to Clam Pass Park/Beach in Naples. It's a beautiful beach. From the parking lot to the beach is a long walk, but a shuttle runs back and forth. As we walked along the beach, we sighted in the distance an Osprey perched on a dead tree.
YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERONS IN GORDON RIVER, NAPLES, FL
One of the sightings we saw on the electric boat ride on th Gordon River was a adult Yellow-crowned Night-Heron, a juvenile and a nest in a Mangrove island. You can just about make out the heron in the nest, but you can't see all of the bird.

LITTLE BLUE HERON AT GORDON RIVER, NAPLES, FLORIDA
Yesterday Sharon and I took my grandkids to the Conservancy of SW Florida in Naples. One of the attractions at the conservancy is an electric boat ride on the Gordon River and connecting waterways. We have been on this boat tride before and saw few birds, but yesterday we lucked out.
Here is our first photo: a Little Blue Heron.
