We can ID this bird as a Northern Fulmar (Light Morph) as follows:
- Gull-like seabird with thick neck
- White head & body
- Wings are gray with white patches
- Black eyes
- Short, stout, grayish bill with yellow, hooked "tubenose' nostrils at top of the bill. You can see the hook the best in the third photo.
The Northern Fulmar is a new species to our ebird Photographic Life List, Our ebird Life List now stands at 1,141.
