We can ID this bird as a Gray Wagtail as follows:
- Habitat: During breeding season (April to July) the Gray Wagtail places its nest near fast running streams or rivers and thus can be seen on the rocks in the stream.
- Gray head and back
- Black wings with white streaks
- Yellow vent
- Long black tail
The Gray Wagtail is a new species to our ebird Photographic Life List.
