We can ID this bird as a Eurasian Jackdaw as follows:
- Beady, pale blue eyes
- Crown, forehead and face around eyes are black
- Cheeks, nape and neck are light gray
- Underparts are darker gray
- Legs are black
- Short, stout bill
The Eurasian Jackdaw, which is is in the crow family, is a new species to our ebird Photographic Life List. Our ebird Life List now stands at 1,142.
