We can ID this tyrant flycatcher as Say's Phoebe as follows:
- Mostly gray upperparts, with head being a somewhat darker gray
- In the last photo, the head of the bird looks almost flat. This is common in Phoebe's. Also, sometimes Phoebe's raise their head feathers into a small peak at the back. You can see this in the first photo.
- Gray chest
- Cinnamon belly and under-tail coverts
- Black tail
- Two white wing bars
- Dark bill
