The first photo shows a male Redhead in the background and a female in the foreground. The second photo shows a male Redhead. The last photo shows a female Redhead with white feathers on its face, where there usually would be light brown feathers. Some females, especially older birds, show white feathers on their face or elsewhere on their head and neck. Sibley 2nd Edition describes this as the "White-headed variant" of the female Redhead.
