   We can ID this swallow as a Blue-and-White Swallow as follows:

• White with gray wash underparts
• Small size
• You can just make some color on the wings: violet-blue
• short tail, slightly forked
• Black undertail coverts

   The Blue-and-White Swallow is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 1,055.
