We can ID this bird as a Spotted Flycatcher as follows:
- Whitish below with dusky streaking on throat and breast
- Brownish face and crown with streaks on crown, dark eye and weak eyering
- Small, broad black bill
- The small amount we can see of the wings is brown
- Brown tail
The Spotted Flycatcher is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 977.
