We can ID this plover as a juvenile Little Ringed Plover as follows:
- Yellow eyerings
- Brownish cap and face with buffish supercilium
- Brownish upperparts
- You can just make out the narrow black, nape portion of its collar, but can't see the front of the plover. Above the black collar is a white collar.
- What we can see of the underparts are whitish
The Little Ringed Plover is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 957.
