   We can ID this duck as a female Eurasian Teal as follows:

• Brownish mottled plumage with darker back and rump
• Darker brown crown and eye stripe
• Grey bill
• Whitish stripe at the rear
  

   The Eurasian Teal is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 930.
