COMMON WAXBILL, TAGUS ESTUARY,LISBON,PORTUGAL, 9/29/2019

   Even though we can't see much of the face or front of this bird, we can ID it as a Common Waxbill as follows:

• You can just make out the red bill and some of the red mask
• Overall grey color
• White neck
• Merlin bird photo ID app identified the bird as a Common Waxbill

   The Common Waxbill is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 928.
