      We can ID this Tyrant Flycatcher as a Mistletoe Tyrannulet as follows:

• Very small size
• Short stubby black bill
• Gray crown
• No wing bars, but wings have bright yellow edging (see second photo)
• Whitish breast
• Greenish upperparts
• Pale eyebrow

      The Mistletoe Tyrannulet is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 865.
