      We can ID this bird as a Bright-rumped Attila as follows:

• Olive-green head streaked with black
• Yellowish throat and breast are streaked darker
•  Short brown tail
• What we can see of the wings is dark brown
• Belly is yellowish near tail

      The Bright-rumped Attila is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 869.
