      We can ID this Finch as a  male Yellow-throated Euphonia as follows:

• Yellow forecrown
• Dark mask, but we can't make out color
• Yellow-orange underparts, including throat
• The wings are dark, but we can't make out color
• Short, conical bill

      The Yellow-throated Euphonia is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 836.
