We can ID this hawk as a Black-collared Hawk as follows:
- Whitish head, tinged with buff and black streaks on crown
- Black collar on front of neck
- Upperparts and underparts are bright cinnamon-rufous
- Upperparts has black stripes
The Black-collared Hawk is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 838.
