TRINIDAD MOTMOT, ROAD FROM ASA WRIGHT NATURE CENTRE, ARIMA, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

   We can ID this bird as a Trinidad Motmot by its green upperparts  (you can see part of green upperparts in photo), turquoise crown and face with broad black streak through eye, rufous underparts and reddish iris.
   The Trinidad Motmot is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 561.
