Even though the lighting was very poor and colors didn't show up very well, we can ID this bird as a Southern Rough-winged Swallow by its small size, dark short pointed bill, whitish underparts, pale chestnut lower face and throat (you can just make this out in second photo) and grayish rump.
The Southern Rough-winged Swallow is a new species to our Photographic Life List, which now stands at 545.
