BANDED BREEDING FEMALE AMERICAN GOLDFINCH, PRINCE EDWARD POINT BIRD OBSERVATORY, MILFORD, ON

   You can see the band that was just put on in the third and fourth photos.  We can ID this bird as a breeding female American Goldfinch by the yellow underneath, yellow bill and white underwing coverts (see 2nd and 4th photos).
   This American Goldfinch has two feathers missing from its wings; this can bee seen in the 4th and the last photo.
