GREAT EGRET & FRIENDS, EVERETT GRAVEL PIT, ALLISTON, ON

   In this abandoned gravel pit the Great Egret is in good company: Canada Geese and Ring-billed Gulls.  The gull to the right of the Great Egret is a juvenile Ring-billed Gull.

    Actually, the bird to the right of the Great Egret is a juvenile Herring Gull.
