FALL WEBWORM CATERPILLARS & NEST, TOMMY THOMPSON PARK TORONTO, ON

   These are Fall Webworn caterpillars in their nest. The Fall Webworn is a moth in the family Arcticae.  In its larval stage it creates webbed nests on the tree limbs of a wide variety of hardwoods.  This occurs in the late summer and fall.
