JUVENILE NORTHERN HARRIER IN FLIGHT, LYNDE SHORES CONSERVATION AREA, WHITBY, ON

   We identified this bird as a juvenile Northern Harrier by the following:

• Dark head.
• Orange body; by spring it will fade to white.
