PHOTOS OF THE DAY: BIRDING AT HIGH PARK, TORONTO

This morning Sharon and I went birding and to see the cherry blossoms at High Park in Toronto.  The birds were great and so were the cherry blossoms.  We managed to sight and photograph a species we hadn't seen before: the Wood Duck. It's a beautiful and colorfull bird.   Along with the birds we also photographed a chipmunk.

We also visited the zoo at High Park  It's a small zoo, but has interesting animals and birds, such as Peacocks and an Emu.  Also, in the pen with the Llamas were domesticated Geese and domesticated Muscovy Ducks.

Here are photos from the trip.
